​       Payment          

1. Once the artwork is completed a photo will be emailed to you and the remaining balance becomes payable before shipping.

2. Proof of postage and any relevant tracking numbers will be issued to you. From this point the artwork will be deemed to be received.

    Ordering Time Required

1. The timescale of completing your artwork can vary significantly. It is your responsibility to inform in writing (email) of a date that you may need to receive your artwork by incase it is a gift. Remember to account for shipping time.

2. Christmas gift orders must be agreed by the artist.

     Image Ownership

1. None of your photos are stored beyond working on your artwork and none of your photos are ever shared with a third party.

2. The image of the artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist and may not be copied, printed or shared without the artist's permission.

3. Artworks will be shared on the artist's website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and on other marketing materials unless the client wishes to opt out from this and makes this clear in writing (email). N.B. Artworks will not feature names or personal details of the subject so cannot be identified.
